Effective October 21, 2026
Dialback is operated by Breckenridge CoLab LLC ("Dialback," "we"). We provide messaging and lead-handling software to local service businesses ("Businesses"). This policy covers two groups: the Businesses that use Dialback, and the people who contact or are customers of those Businesses ("Customers").
What we collect
From Businesses: business name, address, phone number, email, and the contact records the Business chooses to load into Dialback (its customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses and service addresses), plus the messages sent and received through the service.
From Customers: your name, phone number, email address, service address and the content of messages you exchange with a Business through Dialback. We receive this from you directly, when you text, call or submit a form, or from the Business you are a customer of.
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government identification numbers or passwords from Customers.
How we use it
- To deliver messages between a Business and its Customers.
- To record that a request was received, responded to, scheduled, completed or billed, so the Business can follow through.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
Each Business's data is kept in its own account and is used only for that Business. We do not combine customer data across Businesses.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We do not use Customer data to train models or to market unrelated products.
Who we share with
Service providers that carry messages and host the service (telephone carriers, messaging and email delivery providers, cloud infrastructure), under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing the service. We may disclose information when required by law.
Text messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts from that Business. See our Text Messaging Terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as the Business uses Dialback. When a Business ends service, its data is deleted within 30 days. A Customer may ask the Business, or us, to delete their information at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct or delete your information, contact the Business you dealt with, or use the contact form at dialback.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
