Text messaging.
Effective October 21, 2026
Dialback provides text messaging on behalf of the local service businesses that use it (each a "Business"). When you text a Business, fill out its website form, call its number, or become its customer, the Business may send you text messages through Dialback from its own business phone number.
What you may receive
- A confirmation that your request was received, and who will follow up.
- Follow-up on an estimate or quote you asked for.
- Scheduling and appointment messages.
- A request for a review after a completed job.
- Occasional seasonal service reminders from a Business you are a customer of.
- Replies to messages you send.
Message frequency varies by how you interact with the Business. Typical customers receive a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from a Business when you provide your mobile number to that Business by texting it, submitting its web form with your phone number, calling and asking for a text follow-up, or agreeing to text updates when you become a customer. Consent is to the Business, not to Dialback, and it is not a condition of purchase.
How you opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that Business. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact the Business directly at the number that texted you.
Your information
Your mobile number and the content of your messages are used only to communicate with you on behalf of the Business you contacted. Mobile information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers.
